The wedding of your dreams, without lifting a finger!
A tailor made service to plan your wedding from start to finish. Start with an initial meeting where we chat all things wedding, no topic is off limits! What you’re wanting, if you have anything already booked, your style, budget and your “must haves”. And if you have absolutely no clue at all what you want, that’s 100% fine too, we’ll get you sorted!
This package also includes a full “On the Day Coordination” package and Styling, it’s the whole shebang!
I source suppliers to suit your style and budget for anything and everything. Any industry discounts are passed directly on to you, which can save you lots!
Through the whole process, you can have as little or as much input as you like, and the final decision will always be yours, we just cut out all the back and forth and make a streamlined process for all involved.
I provide a very detailed full day run sheet for yourself and all suppliers & communicate with all vendors throughout the planning process.
On the day I will be there every step of the way to coordinate EVERYTHING. I supervise all deliveries and take care of all set up, take care of any odd jobs or mishaps that happen on the day, so your day runs seamlessly, without you or your family having to lift a finger.

On The Day Coordination
For the organised couple who are loving the planning process, but want someone to take care of the logistics in the lead up, as well as set up and running on the wedding day.
Often used for many “dry hire” venues that need a lot of set up, and for those couples who don’t want any family or friends to worry about set up or pack down.
Includes a full day detailed run sheet for everyone involved, and vendor communication from around 4 weeks out.
On the day I will be there every step of the way to coordinate EVERYTHING. I supervise all deliveries, do the set up, take care of any odd jobs or mishaps & run your day seamlessly, without you or your family having to lift a finger. Venue depending, you may need your wedding packed down at the end of the night also, so I can take care of that.
INVESTMENT Full day – 8 hours $2,800
Best suited to couples who need assistance setting up and packing down their event.
INVESTMENT Part day – 4 hours $2,300
Designed for couples who need assistance with setting up, but don’t need a coordinator for the duration of the night as your other vendors will have everything under control.
Styling
For the couples who want the look of their wedding taken care of and brought to life.
We’ll source all quotes and vendors in terms of styling (décor, furniture, florals, table settings, lighting, stationery and anything else aesthetic) to ensure that your wedding has the exact look that you’re envisioning, or if you have no idea what you want, we will create a look that is purely “you”.
We’ll create a vision boards for inspiration, book suppliers for you and set it all up on the day. Every fine tuned detail, taken care of.
3 levels of styling packages available, with the same service pre-wedding, and the hours on the day varying, which will be based on your venue and their team.
Invoices for booked vendors are passed directly on to client for payment in all styling packages.
Premium Package $3,950 (5 hours on site)
For the couple who don’t want to lift a finger or have a “dry hire” venue, generally without or minimal assistance from the venue staff for set up.
Standard Package $3,350 (3 hours on site)
For the couple who want a minimal level of styling or have set up support from a venue coordinator/ team.
Base Package $2,350 (no set up)
Ideal for the DIY couple who have access to their venue the day before your wedding. We source and arrange all the details, but you set your venue yourselves the day prior to your wedding.
