Chelsea Hatcher, full time event planner for Easy As Events (EAE) since 2018 based in Adelaide. Basically I’m like a wedding ninja, taking care of all aspects of your day, some that you didn’t even know needed to be done, all while you, your family and friends relax and enjoy in all the special moments of your day.

I offer full planning services, on the day coordination and styling packages. I go “all in” for my clients and feel so privileged to help bring their dreams alive.

I am a passionate, organised, positive person and pride myself on creating unique services and packages for each of my clients, as each wedding should be as unique as each couple is – no cookie cutter approach here!

EAE was originally started as a “side hustle” while I worked full time as a chemist. EAE quickly spiraled into a full time gig as it filled a gap in my life that I didn’t even know existed. EAE enables me to be creative while fulfilling my passion in helping couples bring their wedding dreams to life. And it helps that I have made so many great friends along the way; clients and fellow vendors alike.

In such a busy and highly competitive industry, and I am so pleased to say that most of my clients have found me through word of mouth; whether they’ve attended a wedding I’ve been a part of, referred from a previous client or one of the many vendor connections I’ve made within the wedding industry. It makes my heart so full when a past client messages to say that they miss catching up, as I feel the same.
